We had lots of friends and family over and got some fun presents! Thanks to everyone who made it. We love you all!
The food table is below. I made a ton of paper circle fans. So easy and such a fun way to add a pop of color and flair to the party. I found the perfect red and white checked table clothes in the Target Dollar Spot, they weren't even that cheapy plastic!
The guests were greeted at the entry way with the apples and bandannas seen below. I used my silhouette cameo to make the signs - Mary is Two and Howdy take a bandanna. The striped and cow print fabric were scraps and friend of mine had given me a while back, thanks Andi! They turned out to come in super handy for this party!
Another fun project on my Silhouette was making the Happy Birthday MJ! banner seen here.
All my ribbons that are tied to everything, I made by cutting up burlap and fabric I had on hand. Made the party feel a bit more rustic with the frayed edges.
I scored this paper star lantern at JoAnn on the clearance rack! It was just perfect to hang in the window by the food table. Again, more ribbons tied on for festivity.
I turned Owen's train table into a farm for the kiddos to play with during the party. This was a huge hit. You should have seen the toy mess afterwards! Things did not stay on the table...
Some close ups of the food table.
I made the signs by printing and cutting on the silhouette...of course. The red and white fruit baskets were another Target Dollar Spot find. Flowers in mason jars, plastic farm animals, camping dishes, and a farm fresh eggs container all scream farm for the party theme.
This was the 'duck pond' to hold the 'duck food' which consisted of the favor bags for the kids. I loaded it up with healthy snacks (veggie sticks and veggies chips and cheerios), animal stickers, and a rubber duck. The duck food sign was made on the Silhouette using a sketch pen and then cutting the duck and pasting to a circle.
The 'petting zoo'. Ok, call me cheap, but it worked just as well and much cheaper than a real petting zoo. Come on, they're two!
